Sri Rao

Sri Rao is the current Director at Appfire. Sri has over eight years of experience in various leadership roles in the tech industry.

Rao started their career as an Analyst at Jefferies & Company from 2007 to 2009. Sri then moved on to TA Associates, where they were an Associate from 2009 to 2012. In this role, they were responsible for private equity for growth technology businesses.

In 2012, Rao joined Salesforce Marketing Cloud as the Senior Director, Advertising Products. In this role, they led product management for Active Audiences (Facebook Innovation Competition Award Winner), go to market strategy, partnerships, sales operations, forecasting, financial planning, training/enablement, and tech support functions for Advertising Products business unit.

Rao has been with Appfire since October 2015 and currently serves as the Director.

Rao has a B.A.S. in Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania and a B.S. in Economics from the Wharton School. Sri also attended Wissahickon High School.
