Aaron Cote is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in software engineering and operations. Currently serving as Vice President of Software Engineering at AppFolio since March 2021, Aaron leads engineering efforts for core services including payments, screening, and insurance. Previously, Aaron held various engineering-related roles at Reside as Founder & CEO, at Mindbody as Software Engineering Manager, and at Cognizant as Senior Manager - Technology. Significant achievements include transforming teams at Sears to adopt agile methodologies, developing innovative applications that improved operational efficiency, and overseeing complex projects at Tri-En Corporation. Aaron holds a Master of Science in Computer Software Engineering from California State University, Fullerton, along with degrees in Computer Science and Business/Managerial Economics.
