Carol Bloom

Carol Bloom has a robust background in property management and education, currently serving as a Strategic Customer Growth Specialist in Leasing at AppFolio since April 2021, following a position as Senior Customer Growth Manager. Prior experience includes roles at Fusion Property Management Company, where Bloom operated as Senior Regional Manager for 18 multi-family properties across various counties, and as Community & Leasing Manager for 50 units in Costa Mesa.
