Catie Beck is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer growth and success management within the payments sector. Currently serving as Sr. Customer Growth Manager at AppFolio since June 2018, Catie is responsible for engaging with real estate customers to enhance product usage and value realization from AppFolio Property Manager. Previously, Catie held various roles at AppFolio, including Customer Success Manager and Associate Customer Success Manager. Prior to AppFolio, Catie worked at Blast PR as a PR Coordinator and interned in the industry, as well as served as a Personal Assistant and intern at WHOYOUARE. Catie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Media Studies from the University of California, Santa Barbara, along with Associate degrees from FIDM and Santa Barbara City College.
