Chad Deering

Chad Deering is a seasoned professional in sales and account management, currently serving as a Sr. Account Executive for AppFolio Investment Manager since April 2015, where notable achievements include surpassing annual goals and earning membership in the prestigious 2024 Club. Throughout a progressive career at AppFolio, Chad has consistently excelled, being recognized multiple times as the top Account Executive for revenue and total deals, starting from the role of the first Account Executive in 2019. Prior to joining AppFolio, Chad gained valuable experience as an Associate Trader at Mercer Advisors, managing trading and investment operations, and interned at both SkyStreet Properties and NAIBT Commercial Real Estate, focusing on property investment and client engagement. Chad holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics & Business from Westmont College.
