Drew Wilson possesses extensive experience in Customer Success, currently serving as Director of Customer Success - Digital at AppFolio since March 2019. Prior roles at AppFolio include Sr. Manager and Manager of Customer Success - Key. Before joining AppFolio, Drew worked at Broadcom Inc. as a Customer Success Manager and held the position of Manager of Customer Success at CA Technologies, where management of a team during the acquisition by Broadcom was notable. Drew’s earlier experience includes leadership roles at Microsoft, where management of a 23-agent team was key, as well as various positions in the creative industries, including a Gallery Assistant at Dunn and Brown Contemporary and a Production Assistant at AMS Pictures. Drew holds a Bachelor of Arts in Radio, Television, and Film with a minor in Business Management from the University of North Texas.
