Jake Schlingman

Jake Schlingman has extensive experience in product management and customer success, currently serving as a Staff Product Manager at AppFolio since July 2013, progressing through various roles including Senior Product Manager and Associate Product Manager. In addition to product management, Jake has played a key role in training new hires across multiple departments, ensuring they understand the product from a Customer Success perspective. Prior to AppFolio, Jake worked as a Sales Associate at The UPS Store, where responsibilities included assisting customers with shipping needs, and held a position on the floor staff at Metropolitan Theatres. Jake holds a Bachelor of Arts in Religious Studies from UC Santa Barbara.
