Joel Thames

Joel Thames is a seasoned quality assurance professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as Sr. Quality Assurance Engineer at AppFolio, Inc. since May 2018, Joel has also held positions such as Director and Manager of Quality Assurance. Prior to AppFolio, Joel worked at LogMeIn from September 2006 to May 2018, contributing significantly to SaaS products while managing and mentoring QA teams. Experience includes roles at InfoGenesis, Encorp, AOL, and early positions in the service industry. Joel holds a B.A. in Chemistry from Johns Hopkins University, earned between 1987 and 1991.
