Lisa Horner is Senior Vice President of Marketing for AppFolio, with a mission to build brand awareness, credibility, preference, and loved experiences for AppFolio’s products and services.

Since joining the company in 2014, Lisa has been a vital member of AppFolio’s leadership team, growing its brand to a publicly-traded company, leading a best-in-class team of more than 100 marketing professionals, and helping to drive revenue growth threefold.

Lisa is a marketer who comes from both tech and services roots, focused on delivering marketing that feels like service. She thrives in the digital and customer-obsessed world that is marketing today.

Lisa received a B.A. in Philosophy from the University of California, Santa Barbara. She serves on three advisory boards for small and innovative start-ups, is happily serving as a go-to-market advisor at Scale VC, has served as a mentor and coach at StartupSB, and speaks regularly at B2B marketing events and conferences.
