Lori Craig

Lori Craig possesses extensive experience in product support and marketing, currently serving as Associate Manager of Product Support (Smart Maintenance) at AppFolio since June 2022, after progressing through various roles within the company. Prior to this, Lori managed marketing and social media efforts at Craig Contract & Associates, developing customer engagement strategies from July 2011 to March 2023. Previous positions include Office Manager at Paskal Lighting, Credit & Collections Manager at Lonesource, Inc., and Front of House Manager at FireWater Chophouse. Lori holds a Bachelor of Science in Family and Consumer Sciences with a focus on Hospitality Management from the University of Mississippi.
