Rita Casillas

Rita Casillas is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in research operations management, currently serving as the Research Operations Manager at AppFolio since June 2016. In this role, Rita oversees end-to-end research participant recruitment, manages both Customer and Resident Research Panels, and collaborates cross-functionally to enhance research efficiency.
