Doug Brown

Doug Brown serves as the Director of Customer Success and Onboarding at Appfront, where optimization of onboarding processes has enhanced operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. As a strategic partner and advisor for Appfront, contributions to the Enterprise Program have generated revenue growth in the restaurant industry. Doug is also the Co-Founder of Autism Rocks, a non-profit dedicated to promoting acceptance and inclusion of neurodiversity. Previous roles include Director of Marketing and Public Relations at Mikuni Restaurant Group, Head of Marketing at Buckhorn, Director of Marketing and Communications at Chicago Fire, and Business Relations at California Dental Association. Doug holds a degree in Marketing and Communications from Sierra College.
