Gary Broadbent

Gary Broadbent has extensive work experience in various legal and corporate roles. Gary currently holds the position of Chief Legal Officer, Chief Restructuring Officer, and Corporate Secretary at AppHarvest, where they are responsible for leading major initiatives such as securing financings, negotiating construction agreements, and acquiring companies. Prior to this, they served as the Executive Vice President, General Counsel, and Corporate Secretary at AppHarvest and as the Senior Vice President and Deputy General Counsel.

In addition to their roles at AppHarvest, Gary Broadbent has also worked at Rubicon as the Senior Vice President, Deputy General Counsel, and Assistant Corporate Secretary, where they played a key role in the merger and listing of the company on NYSE. Gary has also held the position of Executive Vice President, General Counsel, and Secretary at GenCanna, overseeing legal, regulatory, and compliance functions, as well as cost-cutting initiatives.
