Cindy Vu is currently a Customer Success Executive at Clearer.io, where they build long-term customer relationships and enhance product adoption for improved satisfaction and retention. With previous experience at Boost Commerce and SupportYourApp, Cindy developed a strong background in problem-solving and customer service. They hold a Master’s degree in International Hotel Management from Blue Mountains International Hotel Management School and recently completed a Software Engineering program at General Assembly. Cindy is passionate about leveraging technology to drive positive change and aspires to grow into a leadership role that allows them to tackle significant challenges.
