Matthew Stone

Matthew Stone is the Managing Director at PSG since September 2015, where focus lies on partnering with lower middle-market software and technology-enabled services companies to foster transformational growth. In addition to this role, Matthew serves on the boards of several notable organizations, including Clearer.io, Yottaa, Backlight, Sign In Solutions, Pacvue, and Next Glass, contributing expertise in e-commerce, media technology, and workplace enablement. Matthew’s previous board experience includes a tenure at FluentStream and Netsurion, as well as a role at Foreground until March 2022. A graduate of the University of Virginia with a Bachelor of Science in Commerce, Matthew brings substantial investment knowledge and a commitment to collaboration with management teams.
