Howard Smith

Howard Smith is an ambitious and results-driven IT Program Manager with over 15 years of professional experience, including more than a decade in leadership and technical delivery roles. Smith has effectively managed cross-functional technical teams in fast-paced environments, delivering high-impact initiatives on time and within budget. Previously, they served as Program Manager for the General Services Administration (GSA) Office of Government-wide Policy Data Solutions program at Booz Allen Hamilton, where they led strategic operations and client relationships. Currently, Smith works as a Technical Delivery Manager at Appian while also contributing as a part-time freelance sports statistician for college basketball and Major League Baseball.
