Lorena Espino is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer success strategy and operations. Currently serving as Vice President of Customer Success Strategy & Operations at Appian Corporation since June 2021, Lorena previously held roles at Salesforce from January 2017 to May 2021, including Digital Success Experience Director and Director of Customer Success and Adoption. Prior to this, Lorena was the Director of Business Strategy at The Breakthrough, where significant contributions included designing competitive strategies and market entry plans for various industries in Latin America. Additional experience includes roles as Strategic Planning Director at CEMEX and Manager at Deloitte Consulting in Monterrey, Mexico. Lorena also served as a professor in Consumer Behavior at Tecnológico de Monterrey and holds an MSc in Business Management from the University of Warwick, along with a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering from Tecnológico de Monterrey.
