Ron Sijm has extensive experience in software development and architecture, currently serving as a Software Architect and Team Lead at Appical since July 2017, focusing on enhancing onboarding processes for new hires. Prior to this, Ron held the position of Lead Backend Developer at Camarilla, where the goal was to create a minimalistic social network, and was a Software Developer at Ohpen, contributing to the development of the world's first cloud bank and leading the creation of the 'Realtime Ohpen Notification' Service. Ron's earlier roles include Developer at KPN ITNS, a Microsoft Solutions Consultant and .Net-Developer at Capgemini, and an intern in Software Engineering at Basket Builders.
