Wietske van Hees

Wietske van Hees currently serves as a Board Member at Roxit since January 2025 and as Managing Director at Appical since March 2022. Prior experience includes serving as a Board Member and Director of Customer Success at Visma | Raet from September 2018 to February 2023, where the focus was on enhancing customer profitability and success within the Dutch Public markets. Wietske held various positions at Raet from October 2006 to August 2018, including Director Education and Unit Manager for both Healthcare and Education, overseeing teams of HRM and Payroll Consultants. Earlier roles include HCM Consultant and positions at ING and Menzis. Wietske holds a Master of Science in Human Resource Management from Tilburg University and a Bachelor in Human Resource Management from Hanze.
