Ammy Yao

Ammy Yao is a seasoned user experience professional with extensive expertise in various design roles, currently serving as the Director of User Experience at Appier since January 2021. Previously, Ammy held the position of UX Design Manager for the SMB team at 趨勢科技 from August 2012 to January 2021, focusing on data-driven design to influence product roadmaps. Earlier experience includes UX Design Manager roles at Acer, where mobile application designs were created, and Senior Interaction Designer at Trend Micro, specializing in security management UX. Ammy's career began as a UI Design Manager at Arima Communications Corp., working on mobile designs for major brands. Academic qualifications include an Executive MBA from National Taiwan University, a PhD in Human Factors, and a Master's in Applied Art from National Chiao Tung University, along with a Bachelor's in Industrial Design from National Cheng Kung University.
