Cy Chien

Cy Chien is an experienced technical project coordinator at Appier, focusing on integrating generative AI solutions and cross-cloud pipelines within CRM/CDP data products. Prior to this role, Cy served as a PM Intern at Appier, where responsibilities included defining feature development priorities for the Customer Data Platform AIXON and implementing a GCP service for marketing data monitoring. Cy's internship experience includes a data and analytics role at Slalom, where a digital twin solution was developed for workforce transformation using AWS, as well as positions at iKala, where data integration projects and dashboards were created for online gaming and e-commerce. Cy possesses advanced academic qualifications, holding a Master’s degree in Information Systems Management from Carnegie Mellon University, an MBA in Information Management from National Taiwan University, and a BBA in Business Administration from the same institution, complemented by summer exchange programs at notable universities.
