Steven Liu

Steven Liu is currently the Customer Success Lead for Southeast Asia at Appier, focusing on enterprise solution retention, renewal, and upsell strategies since April 2023. Previously, Steven served as the Head of Accounts at Insider from 2020 to 2023, where responsibilities included driving MRR growth and leading customer success and account management teams. Steven also held the position of Senior Sales & Customer Success Manager at AMPOS Group, a digital transformation company, from 2019 to 2020. Earlier career roles included expatriate consultant and project manager at Willis Towers Watson and Procter & Gamble, respectively. Steven Liu holds a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics from National Cheng Kung University.
