Agni A.

Agni A. has had a long and varied career. Agni began their professional journey in 2001 as a Systems Design at Avaya Labs, where they worked on Alerts Management System, Text to Speech and Speech Recognition Technologies, and Application Development using IP telephony technologies. In 2002, they joined National Semiconductor as a Technical Lead and Applications Programmer, where they worked on Sales automation development on SalesForce.com platform. In 2007, Agni moved to Maxplore Tech as a Senior Salesforce Analyst. From 2009 to 2018, they worked at ServiceMax - From GE Digital, holding roles such as Director, Innovation & Enablement, Professional Services Solutions Director, ServiceMax EMEA, Practice Director, and Senior Architect. In 2022, Agni joined helpall social as a Helpster, where they work on connecting people who need help with people who want to help.

Agni A. attended Modern High School from 1990 to 1993, where they obtained a High School degree in Computer Science. Agni then attended Bangalore University from 1995 to 1999, where they obtained a BS in Computer Science and Engineering. In 2000, they attended the New Jersey Institute of Technology and obtained an MS in Computer Science in 2001. In 2008, they attended a Salesforce Workshop Training.
