Sarah Rees

Sarah Rees is an accomplished international executive search, M&A, and business development professional, currently serving as a Board Adviser and Interim Managing Director at APPII since May 2023. With extensive experience as the Managing Partner at Beaumonde Consulting since January 2015, Sarah specializes in helping businesses expand across borders and into new sectors, particularly with SMEs and start-ups. Additional roles include Senior M&A Advisor at Frenger International Ltd, where Sarah manages diverse M&A projects, and former positions such as Associate Director at Barracuda Search Limited, Talent Acquisition Lead for Europe at The Coca-Cola Company, and Head of Investment in Paris for UK Trade & Investment.
