Natalia Drych

Natalia Drych has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Natalia worked as a Project Coordinator at Appko, where they managed a team of Appko consultants working remotely on various projects for Cisco. Natalia also conducted the onboarding process for Appko employees at Cisco. At Appko, they held multiple roles simultaneously as HR Manager, Accountant, and Legal Advisor. In this capacity, they handled complex tasks such as hiring employees for an international team, preparing legal documentation, and providing support to employees throughout their collaboration with Appko. Natalia also conducted market analysis in the IT services industry in CIS countries. Additionally, Natalia worked as a Manager at Appko, where they assisted the CEO in establishing the company's regional office in Belarus and assembling a sales team. Prior to their tenure at Appko, they served as the Manager of External Affairs at SiTime and Assistant Director at the Publishing House of Lviv Polytechnic National University.

Natalia Drych holds a Master's degree in Economics and Business from the State University 'Lviv Polytechnics'. In addition to their degree, they have also obtained a certification as a Certified ScrumMaster from Scrum Alliance in March 2017.
