Danny Yen is an experienced Navigation Analyst at Applanix Corporation since March 2011, where responsibilities include designing and developing strap-down inertial navigation algorithms and tuning Kalman filter models for performance enhancement in diverse environments. Prior experience includes a role as a Control Engineer Intern at the National Space Organization, focusing on Earth gravitational models, and as a Test Engineer at Honeywell Aerospace, providing software and hardware support and validating product functionality. Danny holds a BASc Hons. and MEng in Electrical Engineering and Aerospace Engineering from the University of Toronto and a Robotics Software Engineer Nanodegree from Udacity.
