Ivan Harding

Ivan Harding has a strong work history in the technology industry. Ivan co-founded Applaud Solutions in 2009 and has been serving as its CEO since then. Ivan is involved in all aspects of the business, including product strategy, sales, and account management. Prior to that, Ivan worked as a freelance consultant specializing in Oracle HR eBusiness Suite projects from 2006 to 2009. Ivan provided functional and business analysis, mapping business process flows, and technical design and delivery. Before that, Ivan held the position of Director of Core HRMS Development at Oracle from 1997 to 2006. Ivan was responsible for the day-to-day running of the Core HR application and led a team in building significant new content. Ivan started their career as a Software Developer at IBM from 1994 to 1997.

Ivan Harding pursued their education at the University of Southampton. From 1990 to 1994, they completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics. Following this, they enrolled in and graduated from the university's Master of Science program in Operational Research, specializing in Mathematics, during the academic year 1993-1994.
