Test Team Lead at Applause

Alexandre Callegher has a diverse work experience in various roles. Starting in 2005, they worked as an IT Instructor at Eurocollege, where they provided instruction on Windows, Microsoft Office, and Corel Draw to groups and individual students. In 2007, they served as an IT Help Desk at Bematech. From 2008 to 2014, they worked as an IT Support Analyst at Lord Corporation, where they developed and maintained web and desktop applications and provided technical support to over 70 end users. In 2015, Alexandre co-founded Room Sweet Room and served as a Software Developer, CTO, and Co-founder, responsible for developing and maintaining software products and providing training and support to end users. Concurrently, they also worked as a Software QA Tester at Applause, performing functional, localization, and UX testing for web, mobile, and desktop applications for multiple companies worldwide. Since September 2019, they have held the position of Test Team Lead at Applause, where they act as the primary point of contact for other testers, triages issues and test cases, and supports the Test Engineers to ensure test cycle coverage goals are met.

Alexandre Callegher obtained a Bachelor's Degree in System Analysis and Development from Universidade Paulista from 2008 to 2010. In 2014-2015, they attended Atlantic Language Galway and completed a General English Program. Additionally, they obtained certifications such as MCPS: Microsoft Certified Professional in July 2013 and MS: Programming in HTML5 with JavaScript and CSS3, also from Microsoft in the same month and year.
