Emily O'Neill

Emily O'Neill has a diverse range of work experience, starting with their current role as a People Operations Program Manager at Applause. Prior to that, they worked at The RMR Group as a Human Resources Associate and Assistant, where they gained experience in various HR functions. Before that, they worked as a Recruiter at Signature Consultants. Emily also has experience in research, having worked as an Undergraduate Thesis Researcher at Roger Williams University, focusing on the impact of alcohol and marijuana related content on hiring decisions. Additionally, they served as the President of the Alpha Chi National College Honor Society and as a Secretary and Treasurer for Psi Chi, The International Honor Society in Psychology, where they demonstrated strong leadership and organizational skills.

Emily O'Neill holds a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Roger Williams University, which they earned between 2014 and 2018. In 2016, they also attended ISI Florence, where they studied International/Global Studies.
