Erin Chace

Erin Chace started their work experience in 2000 as a Grade 5 Inclusion Classroom Teacher at the Nashua School District, where they worked until 2006. Erin then joined Xtraeffort Solutions as a Senior Talent Acquisition Manager, specializing in working with small- and medium-sized high growth technology companies. Erin spent 15 years at Xtraeffort Solutions until 2021 when they transitioned to become a Talent Acquisition Manager at Genedata. After a few months at Genedata, Erin Chace moved to their current position as a Talent Acquisition Manager at Applause, starting in October 2021.

Erin Chace holds a Master of Education (MEd) degree in Elementary and Middle School Administration/Principalship from Cambridge College. Prior to pursuing their graduate studies, they have obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology and Education from Fitchburg State University. No specific start or end years were provided for either of their educational experiences.
