Gagan Talwar

Gagan Talwar has a diverse work experience in the field of software testing and business analysis. Gagan started their career as a Trainee Software Engineer at Mphasis an HP Company in 2008. Gagan then moved on to become a Delivery Associate Software Engineer, where they gained experience in functional testing, system integration testing, regression testing, test case documentation, and communication with clients. Gagan worked primarily in the domains of banking, e-commerce, and web-based applications during their time at Mphasis.

In 2012, they joined L&T Infotech as a Senior Test Engineer before transitioning to Mphasis in 2013. At Mphasis, Gagan held the role of a Senior Test Engineer and later became a Module Lead - Testing Practices. During this time, they further developed their skills in software testing and led testing practices within their team.

In 2016, Gagan joined Tech Mahindra as a Tech Lead and Business Analyst, where they assumed a more leadership-oriented position. Gagan worked in this role for two years before joining their current company, Applause, in 2018.

At Applause, Gagan initially served as a Test Engineer I before advancing to the role of a Software Tester and Test Team Lead. Gagan is currently working as a Test Engineer III, utilizing their expertise in testing and ensuring the quality of software products.

Following that, they pursued a Master's degree in Computer Science from ACET in Amritsar from 2005 to 2008. In terms of additional certifications, Gagan obtained a Business Analyst certification from Imarticus Learning in January 2018 and an ISTQB - CTFL certification from ISTQB in April 2013.
