Community Testing Services Manager

Genny S has a diverse professional background with experience in translation, call center operations, quality assurance, and community testing management. From August 2009 to January 2017, Genny served as a translator at Traduttore Freelance. Prior to that, Genny worked as a call center operator at multivoice srl from October 2007 to October 2008. Since February 2018, Genny has been a QA Engineer as a self-employed professional, and currently holds the position of Community Testing Services Manager at Applause since July 2024. Genny earned a Laurea con Lode in Organizzazione e gestione delle imprese pubbliche e private from the University Magna Graecia of Catanzaro between 2012 and 2016, graduating with top honors.
