Jason Munski

Associate Director Delivery at Applause

Jason Munski has a diverse work experience spanning across various roles and companies. Jason started their career at Kintera (now Blackbaud) as a Project Manager, where they managed the development and production of CRM/CMS solutions for over 25 clients, including notable organizations such as the SETI Institute and American Cancer Society.

Jason then joined BusinessOnline, where they initially served as an Information Architect/Project Manager, leading discovery and strategy sessions for more than 50 clients and developing sitemap and wireframe diagrams for B2B and B2C websites. Later, they became the Director of Web Development, overseeing the agency's Creative and Development resources and ensuring quality assurance and cross-browser compatibility. Jason also had experience with open source CMS platforms.

Afterwards, they joined MJD Interactive as the Director of Client Services, where they played a pivotal role in driving exponential account growth for various clients, such as Directed Viper and Riot Games. Jason managed account managers, UX designers, developers, and outsourced resources, while also being responsible for running production and scheduling agency resources.

Lastly, Jason Munski is currently associated with Applause as an Associate Director of Delivery. In this role, they partner with prominent organizations like Walmart, eBay, and AT&T to help release products faster with quality and confidence. Jason has a passion for developing inclusive and accessibility programs, coaching stakeholders, and optimizing accessibility maturity models.

Jason Munski obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Business Administration with a focus on Information and Decision Systems from San Diego State University. In addition to their degree, they have obtained various certifications including "High Performance Collaboration: Leadership, Teamwork, and Negotiation" from Northwestern University, "Managing as a Coach" from the University of California, Davis, "Successful Presentation" from the University of Colorado Boulder, "Effective Problem-Solving and Decision-Making" from UC Irvine, "Leading transformations: Manage change" from Macquarie University, and "Exploring Unconscious Bias with Vernā Myers" from The Vernā Myers Company (TVMC).
