Jonathan Maclennan has a diverse work experience in sales and customer success roles. Jonathan most recently worked as the Director of Enterprise Sales at Applause. Prior to that, they held positions such as Director of Customer Success, Enterprise Customer Success Manager, Director of Sales- Emerging Markets, Inside Sales Manager, Inside Sales Team Lead- Emerging Markets, Senior Account Executive- Emerging Markets, Inside Sales Representative, and Business Development Representative at Applause and its subsidiary uTest. Jonathan also has experience as a Sales Manager at American Income Life and as a Sales Intern at Conway Office Products / A Xerox Company.

Jonathan Maclennan attended Wachusett Regional High School from 2002 to 2006. After completing high school, they went on to attend Southern New Hampshire University from 2006 to 2010, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Marketing.
