Keith Cheung

Keith Cheung has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Keith started their career as an IT Trainee at the Hong Kong Jockey Club in 2010 and later worked as a Summer Assistant at DBS Bank. In 2012, Keith served as a Student Assistant at the Hong Kong Polytechnic University. Following this, they joined Access Testing Pty Ltd as a Junior Test Consultant from 2013 to 2014. Keith then worked as a Test Analyst at Pactera from 2014 to 2015. In 2015, they joined Daiwa Capital Markets Hong Kong Limited as an Equity Test Analyst, and later transitioned to the role of MOBO Test Analyst. In 2018, Keith joined Crypto.com as a Test Engineer before moving on to Capgemini in 2019. At Capgemini, they served as a Quality Assurance Manager until 2023. Most recently, Keith joined Applause in 2022 as a Test Engineer, progressing through Test Engineer 1 and 2 roles before becoming a Test Engineer 3.

Keith Cheung completed their Master of Art in Social Service Management at The Chinese University of Hong Kong from 2017 to 2018. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Business Administration and Management, General, as well as a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Computer Science from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University, which they completed from 2008 to 2013.

In addition to their formal education, Keith has obtained certifications such as the Scrum Master Accredited Certification from the International Scrum Institute™ in January 2019. Keith also holds certifications in Certified Tester Foundation Level (CTFL) from the International Software Testing Qualification Board, as well as Level 2 Certificate in Book-keeping and Accounts and Level 3 Certificate in Accounting from LCCI International Qualification.
