Kurt Stringfield's work experience begins in 2005 as a Quality Control Lab Technician at Kerry Ingredients. Kurt then worked as an Environmental Sample Technician at Pace Analytical from 2007 to 2012. From 2012 to 2013, Kurt was the Founding Editor/Writer at Dice Soup. Kurt then joined HCL Technologies in 2013 as a Lead Test Engineer specializing in Microsoft Accessibility. In 2017, they transitioned to iSoftStone North America as a Sr. Software Test Engineer, focusing on accessibility standards and guidelines. From 2020 to 2022, Kurt served as a Project Manager II at iSoftStone, managing delivery and projects for Microsoft's M365 web team. Currently, in 2022, they are working as an Accessibility Program Manager at Applause.

Kurt Stringfield attended Johnson County Community College from 2009 to 2011, where they earned an Associate of Arts and Sciences (A.A.S.) degree in Environmental Science and Sustainable Practices.
