Ronald Alarcón

Ronald Alarcón has a diverse range of work experience in the technology industry. Ronald started their career in 2009 as a Programmer Analyst at Infosgroup, where they focused on software development for ERP Suite. Ronald then worked as a Programmer Analyst at Creativa Consultores S.A., where they gained experience in software analysis and development for various industries.

In 2013, Ronald joined Avianca as an IT Project Coordinator, where they were responsible for ETL construction and technical support. Ronald also developed reports for decision-making areas using Microsoft Visual Studio and Oracle PLSQL.

Ronald later worked as a BI Analyst at Omnisport, where they performed ETL analysis and development for the data warehouse. Ronald also developed analytics reports and migrated data using ETL development tools and PLSQL.

From 2015 to 2016, Ronald worked at Atlantida Inversiones as an Oracle Application Technical Consultant, focusing on the analysis, development, and support of investment funds software.

In 2017, Ronald had multiple roles, including working as an Oracle Database Developer at Tigo El Salvador, an Oracle Application Technical Consultant at Banco Agrícola, and as a freelance Information Technology Consultant, serving international clients.

From 2018 to 2019, Ronald worked as an Oracle Application Technical Consultant at Banco Hipotecario, where they analyzed, developed, and provided software support for various systems.

Most recently, Ronald worked as a Test Engineer at Applause, managing international projects and leading teams for crowd testing projects.

Throughout their career, Ronald has gained expertise in Oracle databases, PLSQL programming language, ETL practices, and software testing.

Ronald Alarcón's education history includes a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the University of the People. Ronald also holds a degree in Computer Science Engineering from the Universidad Francisco Gavidia.

In addition to their degrees, Ronald has obtained several certifications. Ronald completed courses in JavaScript, jQuery, and JSON, Web Applications for Everybody Specialization, Building Database Applications in PHP, Building Web Applications in PHP, and Introduction to Structured Query Language (SQL) through Coursera. Ronald also received a Coursera GTC Statement of Accomplishment. Prior to this, Ronald completed a Diplomado Programador Java from ITCA in 2011.
