Sagar M is an experienced quality assurance professional with a robust background in managing QA processes across various organizations. Currently serving as a QA Manager at Applause since April 2025, Sagar previously held positions at Google where contributions included work on UPI payments and application front-end testing. At Encora Inc., Sagar advanced from QA Lead to Assistant QA Manager, focusing on quality control and overseeing QA activities throughout the development lifecycle. Prior experience includes roles at Indecomm Global Services and Symbiosys Technologies, where skills in manual testing and software quality assurance were developed. Sagar holds an MCA in Computer Applications from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University and a BSc in Computer Science from GVP Degree College.
