Tim Salado has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Tim started their career in 1998 as the Founder and President of Dynamic Impact Group, Inc., where they led a team of 14 consultants and completed numerous projects for small to Fortune 500 companies. Tim then joined Bank of the West in 2001 as the AVP and Head of Design and Engineering, overseeing technology operations and driving initiatives for the bank's growth. In 2006, they joined EMC as an Advisory Systems Engineer, where they served as a sales engineer and technology consultant to prospects and customers. Following this, Tim joined Dell Technologies in 2015, initially as an Enterprise Account Executive, and later as a Global Account Manager. In these roles, they focused on selling storage solutions and generated significant revenue through strategic partnerships. Tim then worked as a Consulting Specialist in 2020, before joining HCL Technologies in 2021 as a Regional Sales Director. Currently, they are working at Applause as a Strategic Account Manager.
Tim Salado earned their associate's degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences, General Studies and Humanities from Long Beach City College in 1992. Tim then pursued a bachelor's degree in Psychology at San Jose State University from 1992 to 1995. Following this, they attended John F. Kennedy University from 1995 to 1997, where they obtained a master's degree in Sports Psychology.
