Tyler Riegel has extensive experience in IT systems management, currently serving as Systems Administrator III at Applause since May 2014, with previous roles as Systems Administrator II and I. Responsibilities include managing the US West IT team and overseeing global IT network and server infrastructure, with a focus on Windows platforms, utilization of MECM (SCCM), Powershell, and Group Policy. Additionally, Tyler contributed to the rollout of Windows 10, the deployment of SCCM infrastructure, and the maintenance of VMware vSphere and Linux servers. Earlier experience includes providing tier 1/2 support for both macOS and Windows workstations at Applause and assisting with audio/visual technology at Dickinson College. Tyler holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies and Security Studies from Dickinson College.
