Nick Mortenson

Nick Mortenson is an experienced professional with a strong background in partnerships and leadership within various companies. Currently, Mortenson serves as a Partner at Flat Calm Holdings LLC, Apple Roofing, Pipeline Holdings Group LLC, NMC Investment Group, and Islamorada Investment Group LLC. Since 2010, Mortenson has held the position of CEO at NMC Properties LLC, a property development company focused on residential and multi-family projects, and has also been the COO of NMC Exteriors & Remodeling since May 1999. Mortenson completed education at Buffalo High School between 1994 and 1998.
