Erik Larson

Erik Larson has accumulated diverse work experience, currently serving as a Seasonal Tree Inspector for the City of Apple Valley, MN, since July 2020, where responsibilities include identifying trees infected with diseases and informing residents about tree removal procedures. Prior to this role, Erik worked as a Line Cook at Blue Ox Sandwich Factory from September 2019 to July 2020, focusing on creating various food items while maintaining kitchen cleanliness. Previous experience includes positions as an Assembly Worker at BTD Manufacturing and HOC Maintenance at the City of Burnsville, which involved park and median maintenance. Erik began the professional journey as a Groundskeeper at Westfield Golf Course from May 2015 to October 2016, handling all aspects of course upkeep. Erik holds an undergraduate degree in Geoscience: Geology from Winona State University, completed in 2018.
