Adva Regev is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources and operations management. Currently serving as a Learning and Development Partner at Apple since January 2025, Adva previously held the position of HR & Operations Manager at Makat, where responsibilities included overseeing recruitment and company culture. Prior roles encompass technical recruitment and learning development at Microsoft, where Adva focused on candidate experience and local initiatives, and building HR functions at Paradox. Adva's operational expertise was further demonstrated at Spetz, managing HR operations and team culture. A background in project management in Israeli Military Intelligence was foundational to Adva's career. Adva is pursuing a Master's degree in Labor Studies at Sciences Po and holds a Master's degree in Labor Studies & Organizational Behaviour from Tel Aviv University, along with a Bachelor's degree in Sociology, Anthropology, and Human Resource Development.
