Alex Epstein is currently a Senior Litigation Counsel at Apple, focusing on antitrust and complex commercial litigation. They previously served as an Associate at Latham & Watkins in the Antitrust & Competition practice group from 2018 to 2024. Alex has a background in legal research and analysis from their time as a Judicial Extern to various judges, including Justice Sandra L. Margulies and Judge Diana Saldaña. Alex also gained experience in employment litigation as a Case Assistant at Lewis, Feinberg, Lee, & Jackson, P.C., and served as an Assistant Coach for the Men's Varsity Lacrosse team at Piedmont High School in 2013-2014. They hold a Juris Doctor from the University of California, Berkeley - School of Law, and are currently pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science at the University of California, Santa Barbara.
