Alexa Flores

Alexa Flores is currently a Retail Engineering Release Manager at Apple, where they apply their expertise in tech operations and release management to support high-impact product and system launches. They gained hands-on experience during their apprenticeship in AOS Retail Engineering, collaborating with the Release Management team. Previously, Alexa served as a Data Entry Supervisor at UPS, processing over 1,500 entries daily and ensuring timely delivery of more than 50,000 shipments. They also worked as a Dental Receptionist, effectively managing appointment scheduling and customer service. Alexa holds a degree in Business Administration and is pursuing Project Management at Year Up United.
