Amanda Ruschel

Amanda Ruschel is a materials science researcher currently working as a Senior Materials Lab Engineer at Apple. They hold a PhD in Materials Science from the University of California, Santa Barbara, where they focused on tailoring the mechanical properties of polymer foams and lattices. Previously, Amanda has served as a Product Development Mentor at Lehigh University and held positions as a mechanical engineering associate at Exponent. Their early experience includes internships at Crane Aerospace & Electronics and Corning Incorporated, where they contributed to research and development projects related to medical devices.
