Amanda Wu

Amanda Wu has extensive experience in intellectual property enforcement and brand protection, currently serving as the IP Enforcement Manager in the Legal - IP & Licensing department at Apple since October 2015. In this role, Amanda supervises investigations to safeguard Apple's intellectual property, collaborates with law enforcement, and addresses counterfeiting and security challenges. Previously, Amanda worked at Philips in various roles including Anti-counterfeiting Officer, Brand Protection Manager, and IP Counsel, where responsibilities encompassed enforcement actions, brand protection strategies, and legal advice on IP matters. Amanda's career began as an Assistant at Pall Filter (Beijing) Co. Ltd. Amanda holds a Bachelor's degree in Legal English from China University of Political Science and Law and a law degree from Renmin University of China.
