Amanpreet Matharu

Amanpreet Matharu has extensive experience in the hospitality industry, currently serving as Interim Senior Manager at Apple since December 2022. Prior to this role, Matharu held various management positions, including Food and Beverage Manager at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts and Director of Food & Beverage at Marriott International's The Westin Gurgaon. Matharu's career began at Taj Hotels Resorts and Palaces, where multiple roles were undertaken, including Banquet Manager and Restaurant Manager. A graduate of the Institute of Hotel Management-Bhopal with a B.Sc. in Hospitality & Hotel Administration and a certificate in Hospitality Management from Cornell University, Matharu has developed strong skills in guest relations and operations management across diverse food and beverage outlets.
