Amber Baker has extensive experience in retail and customer service, currently serving as a Manager in Retail Store Operations at Apple since February 2013, with previous roles including Expert and Creative Pro. Prior to Apple, Amber worked at Best Buy as a Mobile Lead Sales Consultant, responsible for store management and employee training. Additionally, Amber held the position of Photography Product Specialist at Hurt Photography, where custom products were designed for clients, and served as a Team Leader at Scioto Services LLC, focusing on training and client services.
