Amit Bansal

Amit Bansal is an accomplished IT leader with extensive experience in shaping technology strategy and operations. Since September 2010, Amit has served as the Director of Information Technology at Apple, where responsibilities include guiding IT strategy and overseeing global repairs management and CRM platforms. Prior to this role, Amit held the position of Senior Manager of Information Technology at Apple, driving integrated customer services solutions across various business units. Amit's experience at Cisco Systems from September 2001 to September 2010 includes roles as Senior IT Manager in Communication & Collaboration, focusing on enterprise document management and collaboration solutions, as well as Senior Program Manager overseeing a major initiative for the Cisco.com technology platform. Amit holds an MS in Industrial Engineering from the Indian Institute of Management Mumbai and a BE in Industrial Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee.
